Dr. Gould is a New York State licensed Chiropractor and Acupuncturist and can provide either or both therapies in the same treatment on the same day!
Dr. David D. Gould grew up in the town of Frankfort, NY. He graduated from Mohawk Valley Community College (A.S.) and Utica College (B.S.) where he majored in Biology and pre-med. In addition to his studies he played 4 years of collegiate soccer. He was a dedicated student-athlete throughout his high school and college career. He also enjoys growing a vegetable garden, cooking for his family and friends, golfing, and listening to Yankee games on the radio.
Dr. Gould completed his graduate work at New York Chiropractic College located in Seneca Falls, NY where he received three separate degrees:
Doctorate in Chiropractic
Masters in Acupuncture
Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition
Having trained in multiple disciplines Dr. Gould can treat a wide array of patients and can effectively address their medical concerns with evidence-based solutions. Currently in practice as a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist in Syracuse at Meridian Chiropractic and Wellness P.C. in conjunction with his private practice in Utica.
A Note from Dr. Gould
A major theme in my journey has been Central and Upstate NY. I was born, raised, educated, trained, and have practiced my craft here. It is important to emphasize this because I feel a profound sense of purpose for our community.
The Gould Standard is an idiom, a turn of phrase; however, it sincerely and honestly has been my quest to explore the best ways to maintain health. This quest led me to evidence-based nutrition and whole food supplementation, chiropractic, acupuncture, Qi gong, yoga, and meditation. This is a small list of things that I have learned and practice regularly to keep my health in balance so my patients can receive the highest level of care from me.
